Crystal at the front desk office is super supportive and sweet, I suffer from dental phobia due to past bad experiences and when I spoke to crystal she helped me by comforting me in the best possible way. I definitely recommend staff and doctors are super amazing and gentle with your needs and care. Thank you so much

Beautiful atmosphere.The women at the front desk were very nice. The dental hygienist was so polite and gentle. The dentist was amazing. She explained everything that I needed to know and then asked if I had any questions. I have found me a new dental home!!!

Always a good experience when I come and very accommodating as well. Me and my children have been coming here for a few years now and the entire team is awesome! From billing, to front desk, to the dentists and the assistants, great job guys! Ana did my cleaning today and I recommend her over and over.

Everyone is sweet and so helpful. Starting with the receptionist / scheduler Crystal. She is patient when I’m calling and asking a lot of questions or just need extra clarification. So thank you! The dental assistant Lanashia is very helpful. She’s patient and makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. She is funny and sweet. I really like her! & The doctor, Dr. Gjoka is great. He explained the procedure clearly and reassured me that everything is going to be fine and it was indeed fine. Thanks guys for helping me with my dental needs. Would definitely recommend Bridgeport dental partners.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at this dental office. I always go there because the entire team is professional, kind, and truly attentive. They make sure you’re comfortable at every visit and take the time to explain everything so nothing feels rushed or confusing. The office is clean, welcoming, and very well organized, and appointments always run on time. I really appreciate the level of care they provide. They also speak spanish which makes communication even easier . And if insurance doesn’t cover something, they offer payment plan options, which is extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I received great customer service at my kids' appts today. They were kind, courteous, and professional in dealing with my last minute nonsense. They were so accommodating in.changing scheduled appointments just so all of my kids appts were back to back. They did all of this with a smile and just as pleasant as they could be. The hygienists we great with my little ones making them feeling so comfortable. Keep up the great work everyone!

I've been coming here for about 20 years, and each time my experience is top tier. I had an extraction done on my top rear molar by Dr. Huang and he did an absolutely amazing job, he was very patient, gave me all the necessary details that I needed for my extraction and told me I was awesome too. Dr. Huang's bedside manner is excellent. I was informed of many different outcomes and what to expect prior to the procedure. Afterwards I felt more knowledgeable . Thankful for the entire staff at BDP a group of very friendly and courteous staff. Much appreciated.

I highly recommend Bridgeport Dental Partners. Dr. Gjoka and his team are truly exceptional. My experience at this practice was absolutely wonderful. The receptionists are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and efficient in their work. I truly appreciate their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond for their patients; they are incredibly helpful. Dr. Gjoka is an exceptional dentist, demonstrating remarkable kindness, efficiency, and thoroughness. I will most certainly be returning, as his entire team created such a welcoming atmosphere.
